30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every knife we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your Knifz cleaver within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the product price. No hoops, no hassle.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@knifz.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll send you a return shipping address and instructions within 1 business day.
Package the knife securely in its original packaging (including the leather sheath) and ship it back.
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Once your refund is processed, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return Conditions

The knife must be unused or lightly used and in resaleable condition.
Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your knife arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap your knife for a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Age Requirement

Knifz products are sharp kitchen tools intended for food preparation. Our Site and products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
